The proposal passed! (See previous two blog entries.) Thanks to all who helped. The next phase is to construct actual guidelines for spirit rankings. The UPA will form a committee -- soon, presumably -- which must submit recommendations to the Board by April 1. Some specific guidelines and some principles have been discussed previously, but I would like to make a call for suggestions. Feel free to brainstorm. This site can be a repository for ideas and opinions to be sorted later.
